Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is protected by an outer shipping layer.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
